On a sunny day at Raynes Park Vale FC’s Grand Drive stadium, the Dons welcomed Cheltenham Town, in a game that ended in a frustrating 2-1 defeat. With the rescheduled game meaning several players were unable to join, manager Kevin Foster recalled Remmi Gardner from her dual registration with Bromley FC, and the team also welcomed the addition of Caitlin Savage from Sutton United. Kelly-Jade Whelan also made her first start of the season.
